個人簡介：香港中文大學社會學博士，社會發展研究所副研究員，兼任中國社會學會公益慈善專委會理事、中國社會保障學會慈善分會理事、《中國非營利評論》雜志編委等。主要研究關注組織社會學、非營利組織與公益慈善、社會組織與基層治理等。
